We are looking for your expertise as a Desk Manager manages the administrative, logistical, and technical support functions that enable successful execution of offshore construction projects. This role is based in based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor offshore project schedules and ensure timely delivery of required documentation and materials.
- Liaise between offshore crews, engineering teams, and project managers to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
- Maintain and update project documentation including method statements, risk assessments, and permits.
- Coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of personnel and equipment.
- Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables required for offshore operations.
- Act as the point of contact for offshore teams regarding operational updates and support requests.
- Maintain databases for personnel certifications, equipment maintenance, and compliance tracking.
- Facilitate meetings, briefings, and debriefings with stakeholders.
- Bachelor of Engineering in Dredging, civil, mechanical or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of experience including experience in dredging, marine construction, or offshore projects, and familiarity with international organizations.
- Experience with International Location, on Tenders, Project Controls and execution, Client and stakeholder management.
