We are looking for your expertise as a Director Tendering and Estimation (International) to oversee the full lifecycle of tendering and estimation activities for complex projects in civil, marine, energy, and infrastructure sectors. This role is based in based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership:
- Formulate and implement bidding strategies for targeted international and GCC projects.
- Tendering oversight:
- Coordinate with legal, commercial, technical, and execution teams to ensure compliant and compelling proposals.
- Estimation management:
- Direct the development of detailed cost estimates, resource plans, and execution methodologies.
- Market and client engagement:
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and government entities across GCC countries.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering in related discipline, or equivalent.
- Minimum 15-20 years of related work experience in similar industries, exposure to international tendering are advantage and GCC is must.
