"TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking a SENIOR DIVE SYSTEM TEHCNICIAN (ELECTRICAL), specializing in Electrical Systems and experience as Saturation Dive Technician to join our international client's OFFSHORE KHANKENDI Project based WORLDWIDE.”
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical components and systems within dive equipment.
- Working primarily with underwater life support systems will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of diving apparatus.
- This position involves a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent / Technical certification or degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years proven experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably with expertise in diving or similar life support systems.
- Valid OPITO approved BOSIET or OSIET/HUET/THUET/FOET.
- STCW certificates required, National CoC Reg. III/1 and endorsement.
- Have experience as a Seaman and knowledge of Maritime rules and regulations.
- Familiarity with underwater electrical components is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and components.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey technical information clearly.
- Meticulous attention to detail in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical components.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and address electrical issues effectively.
- Proficient English Language (Spoken and Written).
