We are seeking a skilled E&I Supervisor to support the Electrical and Instrumentation construction activities for a major industrial decarbonization project in Pernis. Reporting to the E&I Construction Manager, you will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safe and compliant execution of E&I works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day E&I construction activities on site.
• Coordinate subcontractor teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in reviewing technical drawings and installation plans.
• Monitor work progress and report issues or delays to the E&I Construction Manager.
• Ensure proper use and availability of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify adherence to Dutch regulations and project specifications.
• Support resolution of minor technical issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and test results.
• Promote a strong safety culture and encourage continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBO/HBO degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in E&I construction supervision, preferably in industrial or energy sectors.
• Familiarity with Dutch safety regulations (e.g., VCA), ATEX standards, and IEC norms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Experience working on EPC projects is advantageous.
