SUMMARY:
This position requires consistency of attention to detail to ensure that all documentation is processed in a timely, accurate and compliant manner.
DUTIES:
• Work and interface with various departments and personnel of varying levels
• Requires strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and experience with workflows within an electronic document control system
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing schedules
• Display tactful, mature and professional demeanor and the ability to work with diverse personnel
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks with competing priorities and/or deadlines
• Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions to all levels within the organization
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat DC PRO
• Ability to create, organize, track and maintain documents within a document control management system
• Ability to prepare, review, and circulate forms, correspondence, transmittals, and other documentation
• Perform technical duties including, but not limited to, scanning hard-copy documents, renaming electronic files per project requirements, checking revision, formatting, issue status requirements of hard-copy and electronic documents
• Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
• May edit project work processes and templates to be submitted for approval
• Pending Lead discretion, may have the authority to release documents without a more senior position to quality check
• Ability to support internal expediting of documents to be reviewed, subcontractor/supplier documents being reviewed by EOR or any other part of the document life cycle within Fluor
• Able to write, speak and read English proficiently
• Adhere to and support Fluor’s Operational System Requirements (OSR) and any office Operating System Implementation Plan (OSIP)
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3 to 5 years Project Administration Support experience is preferred
