E Commerce Manager

TRS Middle East is working with a leading company in Saudi Arabia and are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join their team in Riyadh.

We are currently hiring an Ecommerce Manager who will be responsible for managing the platforms and global marketplaces and ensuring achievement of annual targets in terms of revenue and operating expenses.

Main Responsibilities of an Ecommerce Manager:

1. Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform

2. Managing and executing promotional campaigns

3. Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps

4. Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments

5. Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment

6. Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance


Key Requirements:

1. You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

2. You have prior experience in a similar role. Experience within digital marketing is a plus.

3. You possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.

4. You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.

5. You have a high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

6. You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.

7. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.

8. Candidates need to have at least 5-8 years of experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
