An Excellent opportunity to work for one of the World’s most admired Licensor organization based in India.
Job Description:
- 3D Piping Designer for LNG/NH3/Ethane projects:
- Undertake the role of Piping Designer in Projects Coordination of interfaces to other disciplines involved.
- Develop piping 3D models including studies and layouts, prepare material take-offs including pipe, fittings, valves, etc.
- Develops the design and drafting of complex piping drawings, equipment arrangement drawings.
- Reviewing vendor and in-house coordination drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Able to extract reports from the modelling software, resolves 3D model tags.
- Review and check bill of material reports extracted from models. Assist in checking when required.
Qualification:
- Engineering Diploma from a technical university in process engineering or mechanical engineering
- Several years (10+) of working experience in relevant piping engineering.
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D software’s (AutoCAD/PDMS/E3D/SP3D) is appreciated. E3D is a must.
- Excellent command of English
- Knowledge of applicable national and international codes and standards
