Electrical Designer _PDS

PDS and Micro station V8i experience)
• Contract Duration: 12 months
• Job Location: Mumbai, India

Responsibilities :

• Cable Rack / Tray Design: Perform Cable Rack sizing calculation. Create 3D Model of Cable rack, Trench, Cable Conduit, Cables and Multi cable transit. Prepare Cable rack plan layout, Cable routing transit layouts. Prepare BOM / MTO for Cable trays, Cable tray covers and other accessories. Implement Client Requirement, Design Specification, local and / or international Standards in Racking Design. Checking and documenting the cable Racking, Routing and Transit layouts prepared by others.

• Electrical Lighting Design: Perform Lighting Calculation using software. Create 3D model of Lighting equipment such as Lighting Panel, Light Fixtures, Lighting switch and lighting JBs. Prepare Electrical Lighting and Small Power layout, Lighting panel board schedules, Lighting and small power cable connection diagrams, Lighting and small power JB interconnection diagrams, Lighting and small power cable schedule and MTO Take-off. Checking and documenting all documents pertaining Lighting Design. Implement Lighting Design criteria, Client requirements, Local and / or International Standards in Lighting Design.

• Preparing Electrical Grounding / Earthing Design: Prepare an Earthing / Grounding Layouts (Module and Stick Built) and MTO take-off.

• Preparing Electrical Routing Design: Prepare Electrical Routing Layouts and Equipment Layouts with MTO.

• Electrical Heat Tracing Design: Create 3D model of Heat Tracing equipment such as Power Connection Skit, RTDs, Small Power JBs and Interconnection JBs. Prepare heat trace power plan drawings, Heat trace isometric drawings, Heat trace panel board block wiring diagrams, Panel board schedules, Heat trace interconnection JB wiring diagrams, Heat trace cable schedules and MTO take-off. Checking and documenting all documents pertaining Heat tracing design.

• Preparing Electrical Substation Design: Create 3D model of Electrical switchgears, Distribution boards, Transformers & Associated equipment, Batteries & Chargers, UPS and Lighting associated equipment. Prepare Equipment arrangement layout, Primary and Distribution Single Line Diagrams and BOM / MTO take-off.
