A prominent player in Offshore Energy Solutions, renowned for its cutting-edge floating production systems and services tailored for the Oil and Gas sector, as an exciting opportunity for an Engine Room Supervisor with FPSO experience. This key person will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Engine Room equipment and systems and the competence of those under his immediate supervision. The role is located in Equatorial Guinea.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Engine Room Equipment and Systems and Utilities Operation and Maintenance.
  • Manage and supervise effectively.
  • Contribute to control of critical situations and respond to emergencies.
  • Monitor and maintain Pollution control measures.
  • Emergency Response.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
  • Proven experience and results-oriented career AND/OR HND or Degree equivalents in appropriate engineering subject.
  • Minimum 5+ years Engine Room Supervisory FPSO experience.
  • STCW Reg.III/2 Chief Engineer Unlimited Certificate (Steam and Motor Endorsement preferred), (DCE for Petroleum/Gas as appropriate)
  • Experience as Chief Engineer on VLCC preferred and at least 2 yrs as 1st Engineer.
  • Experience and knowledge of hydrocarbon processing and utility systems desirable.
  • Computer literate in Management System “Office” software packages and experienced on maintenance management systems. Experience in Permit to Work Systems.
  • Medically fit to offshore international standards such as ENG1 or equivalent.
  • Good Communications Skill in English
  • Minimum Offshore mandatory certification requirements.
