We are searching for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead technical operations and ensure the successful delivery of complex engineering projects. Based in Abu Dhabi, this role will focus on driving innovation, maintaining quality standards, and managing multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering activities across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project specifications.
- Oversee design reviews, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations for offshore and dredging projects.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Validate engineering solutions for efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with project managers, operations, and procurement teams to align engineering deliverables with overall project goals.
- Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement quality assurance processes for engineering outputs.
- Manage engineering budgets, monitor costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Drive adoption of new technologies and best practices in engineering processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate advanced tools and methodologies into projects.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Maters or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Geotechnical, Structural or Coastal Engineering or equivalent
- Design and engineering related to dredging and marine construction works | Geotechnical engineering | Structural engineering | Coastal engineering | Port engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Dredging and Reclamation, Marine construction and Port and Harbour.
