Job Title: HR/Admin Manager
Salary:R60 000 – R65 000 pm
Contract/ Perm: Perm
HR/Admin Manager who are able to do the following:
• HR (the whole spectrum) for 350 people. Team consist of: 1 Payroll Officer, 1 SHERQ Administrator, 2 Trainers (1 Tech and 1 Operator).
• IR (whole function except chairing Hearings – there is a consultant that does that but representing the company with the consultant at the CCMA is also paramount).
• Administrative functions
• Handling of insurance claims and renewals of policies.
• Security – coordinating activities of security company for 2 sites.
• Coordinating ordering groceries, stationary, PPE.
• Coordinating housekeeping of all sites (4 in total).
• Coordinating tracking/monitoring of company vehicle fleet.
• Coordinating all audits (DOL, MERSETA, RAM, etc).
• Responsible for all legal conformances.
o BEE for 4 companies.
o SHERQ Management – for 4 sites – maintain ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 accreditation
o Apply and maintain CE mark accreditation.
o Coordinating and responsible for all training.
o Company Risk management
o Performance Management with KPA’s and Salary Banding.
• The person must be hands on. Must have a HR qualification. Pleasant personality yet firm, energetic and willing.
• CTC – R60 – R65 pm. Includes medical and provident fund. Discretionary bonus in December.
