Job Details
An opportunity to work for one of the World’s most admired MNC’s organization based in their India site office at Dahej modular manufacturing yard. Client is a leading organisation working in EPC / PMC oil, and gas projects.
The right candidate will speak fluent English, have the right to work in India.
Should have minimum of 15 + years’ experience in HR field as Business Partner.
Brief Description
HR Business Partner Should be from manufacturing industry and having knowledge of Local law, HR Management methods and tools with excellent communication skills (listen, analyze and influence people).
Internal - Interacts with all discipline/functional managers and employee. Interacts with shared services, HRBPs, COEs of Talent management, L&D, HRIS and C&B.
External - External partners, Statutory authorities in relation to HR & IR
The major responsibilities are:
Understands the short/medium term business requirements and advises the most appropriate HR solutions
Provides advice to managers and employees on HR policies and practices and employment legislation
Defines individual plans and career paths, with the aim of developing and increasing the talent within the business unit
Facilitate the Annual Appraisal Process
Effectively communicate and implement Employee Policies, Processes and Guidelines
Liaises with India L&D Head to define focused actions and programs to ensure competency growth within the business unit
Drives the yearly salary review and bonus campaigns
Analyzes promotion needs and proposes suitable compensation packages
Actively engages with employees and managers for operational and people management topics
Builds a strong business relationship with the business as well as employees
Proposes best practices and supports the delivery of such proposals
Ensure statutory compliances under applicable Labour Regulations.
Liaising with statutory bodies, with reference to all relevant Labour Laws and with any other statutory bodies. Ensure QMS and EHS compliance as applicable.
Manages Employee Relations, when applicable
Qualifications
You must be able to demonstrate and evidence the following:
Master degree in Management (Specialized in HR)
Excellent Communication skills
