"TRS has a exciting international opportunity for a HR Officer with Oil and Gas industry experience to join our International Client's team based in Guinea Equatorial."
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To follow-up the PR and orders towards the PRT.
- To coordinate with local agencies:
*Transmission of the HR schedule to the agencies.
*Follow-up of the positions recruited locally and management of priorities (offshore and onshore positions).
*Follow-up of the HR schedule (fast track project in two successive phases : railings installation and shore-pull).
- CV screening, collection and submission to line-managers for approval of technical skills and budget.
- To interface with the local shipping agent regarding the Immigration / seaman book as per various Client's entity processes.
- To produce a weekly reporting for the Project Manager.
- To prepare the memos necessary to the various stakeholders.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Accredited HR Degree qualification or equivalent years of work experience in relevant field of work.
- Mininum 8-10 years experience in the human resources field.
- English Mandatory.
- Availability for a short assignment of 6 months (with a possibility of extension).
- Experience in previous Oil & Gas projects wil be an advantage.
- Autonomous, good organizational skills, rigorous and good relationship.
BENEFITS:
Salary:TBC
Rotation: TBC While in camp: 90/30 (90 days onsite followed by 30 days paid leave) Or 75/21 (75 days onsite followed by 21 days paid leave) / While on city base: 120/16 (120 days onsite followed by 16 days paid leave)
Working days/hours: While in camp: 6 days a week / 10 hours a day / While on city base: 5 days a week / 8 hours a day.
Overtime rate: TNo overtime will be paid for extra hours performed in a day as it is inclusive in the monthly rate.

Travel: Prepaid Economy class ticket at beginning, end of CNT and for each work leave rotation cycle
