HSE Advisor

The job:
As a member of the site management team, providing HSE advice and support.
Implementing HSE documentation for the project.
Ensure that the project complies with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and and site requirements on a day to day basis.
Responsible for monitoring and assessing safety performance on site and implementing improvement plans as well as support the Safety Culture.
You will have a focus on COVID-19 administration

Your qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of HSE (operational, legislation and standards) within Offshore Renewables.
- Good communication/people skills and able to write/speak English fluently.
· Advanced technical understanding of Wind Turbine products and Offshore Renewables technologies generally
- A Professional (recognized) HSE qualification (minimum MVK)
- 2-5 years relevant HSE experience essential within Offshore Renewable
- Experience in Construction, Design and Management projects.
- Good orginisational skills to create order in a fast-changing working environment. You are able to maintain focus on the essentials, prioritise and keep a track of things.
- proven experience of performing site inspections in a construction environment
- A EU driver’s licence
