HSE Advisor

Our client, a Construction leader with projects across Canada, is seeking an HSE Advisor to join their team in the Woodbridge, ONT area.

This is a great opportunity to join a transformative transit infrastructure system in the GTA area.

Responsibilities:
+ Administer the EHS Program;
+ Promote a high level of safety on the project;
+ Provide direction and support for managers, supervisors, and sub-contractors;
+ Conduct safety audits;
+ Walking the project sites with workers’ safety representatives to assess any concerns;
+ Have an understanding of Occupational Health (OHSA) and Safety legislation and Workers’ Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) policies;
+ Assist in worker’s compensation claims process;

Qualifications:
+ 2-5+ years experience in construction HSE;
+ NCSO is preferred;
+ Valid G drivers’ licence.
