Here is an exciting opportunity to join a mega project in beautiful Kitimat, British Columbia as a HSE Data Management, Tracking and Reporting Administrator! You would be at work within a growing EPCM/construction firm with projects worldwide and joining a team of talented professionals all working towards one goal. In this very exciting role, the qualified individual will be assisting and supporting the Company’s Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) professionals with their objective of creating and sustaining a productive work culture and safe work environment to avoid and minimizing HSE related problems. The Qualified candidate will work on the prevention of human injury, environmental degradation and unsafe working conditions/practices through health, safety and environmental training, programs.

Job duties:
- Providing orientation on the Occupational Health and Safety program to new teammates.
- Assisting in the administration and further development of HSE Policy, Manuals, Standards, Procedures, and Safe Work Practices.
- Maintaining a system for recording, reporting, and investigating injuries, accidents, and dangerous occurrences. Provide statistical summaries to the Health and Safety Committee and draw attention to significant trends and occurrences.
- Inspecting and evaluating workplace environments, equipment, and practices, to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations
- Conducting safety training and education programs, and demonstrate the use of safety equipment

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years previous administrative assistance.
- Post-secondary education from a university or certification from an accredited institution is preferred
- Three (3) years of HSE related experience
- Must have advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience in data management log using Microsoft Excel and produce reports as requested
