HSE Manager

Fluor is one of the world's largest publicly-traded engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and maintenance companies, providing innovative EPC services to government and private-sector Clients in diverse industries.

We currently have a vacancy for an HSE Manager for a 2 year contract. This will be a FIFO role on a 6 week on, 2 week off roster. You will be working for a major copper and gold mining project in Indonesia.

About the role:

Starts in March 2020
6:2 roster
Working out of Indonesia (FIFO)
2 year contract
Experience and skills required:

1. Experience with Fluor systems and procedures for their respective roles. Require experience in both setting up and maintaining/managing systems and procedures.
2. International experience and the ability to work in multi-cultural environments. Experience in Indonesia would be a bonus.
3. Remote site experience.
4. Experience with managing different execution models: turn-key contractors and self-performed construction (EPCM and EPC).
5. Brownfield project experience. Mining project experience would be ideal.
