"Our client is seeking an Aramco approved HSE TRAINING COORDINATOR to assist with annual training plan, HR and Customer to Project and Operations team by joining our leading international client's Onshore project team based in SAUDI ARABIA."
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Strategically coordinate HSE training and LiHS activities from a corporate perspective to guarantee continuous improvement across the organization.
- Ensure the implementation of the HSE Competence, Training and Awareness Standard Procedure within the entire organization.
- Manage the design, planning and execution of HSE training courses and Safety Leadership programmes through multiple training methodologies, tools and strategies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery to ensure continuous improvement.
- Implement HSE initiatives, campaigns, and associated tools through robust communication strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness and dissemination.
- Influence Management to support the adoption and dissemination of the LiHS philosophy and application of their personal and organisational LiHS responsibilities to ensure the sustained growth of the organisational safety culture.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Accredited Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or equivalent in HSE Training, HR, or quality engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years current experience in Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role experience within Oil and Gas Industry.
- Mandatory Aramco approved.
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
- Experience with e-learning platforms
- Good English verbal and written communication skills.
