Instrumentation Lead Engineer

For a client in The Hague region, who turn concepts into realities, blueprints into assets and ideas into energy, we are seeking for an Instrumentation Lead Engineer.

Function description for Instrumentation Lead Engineer:
Position for a Lead Instrumentation Engineer working on several small or one medium size project(s) in a portfolio for one of our customers.
Job requires occasional site visits and supervision of the instrumentation project team (engineers/designers) in the Netherlands as well as remote office.

Experience qualifications for Instrumentation Lead Engineer :
• Experience in the areas of ICS instrument engineering for 10+ years, within minimum of 3 years of lead engineer experience.
• Candidate can work independently and reports to program focal point and/or project engineer/manager.
• Able to check the deliverables produced by the team.
• Clear communication in the English language, both verbal and in writing.
• Demonstrate a pro-active and pragmatic mentality.
• Able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Experience in work cooperation with remote offices (work sharing concept).
• Real team player (within ICS team and cooperation with other departments).
• Takes ownership of the scope, budget and schedule.
