Key responsibilities and accountabilities Overview
• Grow the Company’s brand into the dominant SOE brand within the African continent and achieve the sales budget.
• Ensure rollout early involvement in SOE customer projects and tenders as well as growth into the P&A channel as well as Commercial Vehicle Fleets via the SOE.
• Ensure collection of competitor and market information.
• Focus and Develop Key Accounts.
• Strategize growth (new accounts, new products, grow Company’s brand, resources needed). Know Your Numbers.

Required Education:
• Marketing, B-COM, Engineering degree
• MBA advantageous

Required Experience:
• 5+ years of technical Sales
• Key Account Management
• Strong Automotive Network
• Sub-Sahara Africa

Computer Literate
• Technical background would be an advantage
• Excellent customer service skills

• Good business and telephone etiquette

• Advanced technical knowledge
