Project Manager
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Position Overview
The Project Manager (PM) is designated as key personnel responsible for the successful execution of the Task Order (TO). The PM will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and stakeholder expectations, particularly those of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the overall lead for the project, with full responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance of the Task Order.

Plan, coordinate, and manage all project activities from initiation through completion.

Ensure that all deliverables meet required standards and are submitted on time.

Review and approve all project deliverables to ensure high-quality outputs are provided to DTRA.

Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and project timelines to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Act as the primary point of contact (interface) between the Contractor and the DTRA Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).

Facilitate regular project reporting, status updates, and stakeholder communications.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, policies, and applicable standards.
Required Qualifications

Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience managing projects; OR
-
Master’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience managing projects.

Certification:
-
Must hold a Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification OR an equivalent certification.
-
If an equivalent certification is proposed, the Contractor must clearly identify and justify its equivalency to PMI standards.

Required Skills & Competencies
-
Proven leadership and project management expertise.

Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, or hybrid frameworks).

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
-
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
-
Ability to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and deliverable requirements.
Reporting Structure

Reports to Contractor senior leadership.
-
Serves as the primary liaison with the DTRA COR and other designated stakeholders.
