Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead HVAC Engineer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and hands‑on experience in delivering HVAC systems for large‑scale, high‑performance facilities.
Experience in Data Center projects is strongly preferred. Candidates with exposure to semiconductor or life sciences projects will also be considered favorably.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HVAC design and engineering activities for complex EPC projects.

• Develop and review HVAC system designs, calculations, specifications, and drawings.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior engineers.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, project requirements, and safety regulations.

• Support project planning, cost estimation, and risk assessment activities.

• Interface with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.

• Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Education: B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.

• Experience: 15–25 years of overall experience in HVAC engineering.

• Specialized Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center projects (preferred).

  • Experience in semiconductor or life science facilities will be an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of HVAC design principles, codes, and industry best practices.

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex engineering deliverables.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
