Lead Requirements Analyst

Our is seeking a Lead Requirements Analyst to lead delivery of a Service Order focused on assessing and improving the Integrated Design Organisation (IDO) requirements management approach.

The role will review existing functional and operational requirements, approved project codes and standards, nuclear safety case requirements, and associated change and configuration management processes. You will lead a team of up to seven (7) personnel, providing technical direction and ensuring delivery of scope in line with agreed service orders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years’ experience in requirements management within complex, regulated environments
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering project or service order scopes
• Strong knowledge of requirements lifecycle, change management, and configuration control
• Experience working to safety, quality, and regulatory standards (nuclear, energy, infrastructure highly regarded)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
