About the role
TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Logistics Lead to join our esteemed clients team based in Perth. This position is based on Monday to Friday, full time roster.
Duties and responsibilities

Plan, lead, and execute end-to-end logistics activities in compliance with INCOTERMS and import/export regulations

Develop logistics strategies and transportation plans across ocean, air, and land, including vessel and aircraft chartering

Prepare and manage logistics scopes of work, contracts, budgets, and schedules

Coordinate customs clearance processes and ensure regulatory and procedural compliance

Manage complex logistics operations, resolving issues and risks to meet cost and schedule objectives

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver logistics services safely and efficiently

Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and sustainability policies
Skills and experience required
-
5-10+ years’ experience in logistics management for large/complex projects

Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, import/export regulations, and customs clearance processes

Proven experience developing and executing logistics strategies, plans, and budgets

Experience managing multiple transportation modes including sea, air, and land

Ability to manage logistics contractors, freight forwarders, and service providers

Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
