About the role

TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Graphic Designer – (Board Presentations) to join our esteemed clients team based in Perth. This position is based on a Monday to Friday, full time roster.

Duties and responsibilities

• Develop professional, board-level presentations for mining clients.

• Convert complex project data into clear, visually compelling formats.

• Use Microsoft Project and think-cell to create timelines, charts, and visuals.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to capture key messages and strategic priorities.

• Ensure all presentations meet branding, accuracy, and quality standards.

• Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.

Skills and experience required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and think-cell.

• Strong ability to create high-quality presentations.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• Background in graphic design (preferred).
