Job Details and Responsibilities:
- Assist Lube Shop Manager with day-to-day operations of the shop.
- Educate customers about products and services offered.
- Provide recommendations and process improvements.
- Interact with customers and supervise employee interactions to ensure the best quality experience.
- Investigates and resolves customer complaints in the best manner to retain customer business and protect Company assets.
- Manages traffic flow through the shop to ensure a timely customer service response.
- Maintain shop appearance and cleanliness as it applies to the standards of company and all safety guidelines.
- Will maintain security over the cash drawers ensuring cash and credit vouchers on hand are reconciled each morning and afternoon through the daily closeout and ensuring it is properly secured in the designated safe for overnight hours and weekends.
- Ability to meet pre-employment requirements.
- Valid Driver License.
- 2 years Lube Center/Automotive Industry Experience (required).
- ASE certification or relevant training is a plus.
- Proficiency with ISI Lube Soft (preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.
Pay Range - $16 - 21/hr DOE (To be discussed with your Recruiter)
Schedule - Flexible Schedule, Open 7 days from 8am to 6pm
