“TRS is seeking a Maintenance Planner to provide Planning and Schedule services, with Oil and Gas Offshore project experience to join our Client’s project team,. This role will be based Offshore / Onshore in GABON.”
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing Planning and Scheduling services as required within a multi-disciplined, multitasking team providing operations and maintenance for Offshore Operations.
• Prepare & monitor an optimized maintenance work execution plan to meet safety, cost, quality and schedule targets using the approved process of maintenance and operation strategy.
• Managing HSE function in the respective department.
• Managing relevant administration and reporting.
• Maintain well status sheets.
• Populate and update the CMMS (MAXIMO) job plan and PM schedule database adhering to an approved maintenance strategy.
• Populate and keep updated the technical data for the Master Equipment register inside CMMS as per the equipment Criticality Assessment rating.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited qualification / academic training suitable to hold this position.
• Minimum 10 years of directly related experience in the Oil and Gas industry (including OFFSHORE).
• Valid and up to date BOSIET Certificate.
• Experience in planning and scheduling for optimal work execution; by gathering data from all disciplines.
• This incumbent has the responsibility to develop job plans, planned and corrective maintenance activities.
• This position requires a wide range of operational knowledge related to production and maintenance tasks, including material management and also Capitol Project & OPEX budget and cost control.
• The responsibilities require frequent interaction among peers, across departments, and with Supervisors and above.
• To monitor closely the maintenance plans, for planed vs actual performance, in respect of cost impact with lessons learned action plan follow up, to effect a process of continuous improvement.
• Where corrective/breakdown maintenance work orders clash with the planned maintenance schedule, a priority must be implemented as agreed with Technical Manager based on best value to company.
