This position will be the primary functional administrator for the Hyperion
Financial Planning application for the Corporate FP&A Organization.
This role requires an understanding of how
financial planning, analysis, and reporting is performed using the
available systems/tools within the Oracle/Hyperion planning suite.
This position will be responsible for:
• System Administration of Hyperion Planning & Reporting (HPR) from a
functional perspective– includes budgeting, planning, and reporting
• Interacting with members across the business, such as operations, IT,
and consultants
• Providing strategic, analytical and technical support during critical
planning and consolidation cycles
• Creating and maintaining financial reports
• Provide documentation, training and support to end users
• Coordination with Asia-based FP&A support staff and other international
finance members
• Monitoring and participating in user communities and Hyperion forums
• Creating the annual plan timelines, review schedules and coordinating
the overall plan process
• Support for monthly/quarterly outlooks and annual plan
• Perform ad hoc and routine financial close tasks
Basic Job Requirements
• Accredited four (4) year Finance, Accounting or MIS degree
• Eight (8) years of related finance or equivalent business experience
• Experience working in a global enterprise resource planning (ERP)
system environment, such as SAP
• Experience with Hyperion Planning and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• General knowledge of system infrastructure including backup and
recovery, performance tuning, system monitoring, assessing and
installing patches, disaster recover planning, and ensuring data accuracy
and integrity
• General understanding of corporate business processes, including
fundamental Finance concepts as well as forecasting and budgeting
cycles, and corporate reporting requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that requires interacting
with various levels of management and ability to provide training to FP&A
analysts
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, development & quality testing
methodology when creating Business requirements and test plans
