Marine & Helicopter Coordinator

We currently seek a Marine & Helicopter Coordinator to work on a major Offshore Wind Farm in Barrow-in-Furness.

This is a 6 month contract, starting in April 21. Rotation is 7 days on, 7 days off.

This role is Inside IR35.

Requirements/Duties:

- Must have Marine Coordination experience, Operational Controller under the WTSR.
- Emergency response coordination; respond to radio communications and escalate to incident coordinator / second line emergency response as appropriate.
- Vessel / helicopter traffic control as per agreed coordination protocols.
- Act as Operational Controller under the safe-system-of-work.
- People, vessel and communications tracking (communications log or automatic people/vessel tracking system).
- Operate the offshore management system ensuring all offshore personnel have the correct certification and the creation of pax lists if required by site/regional manager.

Qualifications:

- GWO courses: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling
- Offshore Medical
