About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote our products/services, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Prepare reports and present insights to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
• Knowledge of content creation and copywriting.
• Familiarity with local Chandigarh market trends.
