"TRS is urgently looking for a Mechanical Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating and following the preventive and corrective Mechanical Maintenance activities in the field in compliance with reference standards, policies and procedures, coordinating with production to guarantee the prompt, safe and environment respecting execution of all maintenance activities for our leading International Client's ZFOD project team based in BASRA, IRAQ."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a member of the Maintenance Team at ZFOD will be responsible for:
• Coordinating successful execution of preventative and corrective maintenance activities through effective planning, and execution.
• Leading successful execution of non-routine maintenance and collaborates with the operations management and technicians to plan, manage, and coordinate related preventative maintenance, including repair and overhaul of equipment as necessary.
• Utilization of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP MM) and coordinating with the operations management and technicians to create, assign, track and close all work orders such as service orders, preventative maintenance work orders and corrective maintenance work orders.
• Ensuring all work is planned and performed in accordance with PNG and external standards, processes and procedures (SPI’s, Integrity Management Plans, EH&S activities, etc.)
• Working with operations managers and assists with preparing the scope of work, ensuring service contracts or purchase orders are in place, verifying qualifications of contractors, reporting review and acceptance, and communicating with other departments as appropriate.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited Engineering Technologist or Engineering degree, preferably Mechanical
• Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in asset management, maintenance practices and the use of recognized CMMS software, ideally SAP MM.
• Related Trade ticket is considered an asset
• Familiarity with CMMS programs – SAP MM preferable
• Proficiency in Asset Management and Maintenance analytic methods for assessing the scope and frequency of maintenance activities.
• Proficiency in maintenance for piping systems, rotating equipment, system integrity, and measurement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, working knowledge of MS Project.
