Mechanical Project Manager

Our client is a large M&E contractor with live projects across Ireland, Europe and further afield.

They are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team in the Dublin area.

Duties:
• As Mechanical Project Manager you will be responsible for a number of construction projects as part of the company mechanical business unit in the Dublin area
• Will oversee mechanical installations on data centre projects in the Dublin and European environments
• Will plan, organize, lead, coordinate and control all activities concerned with the construction of mechanical piping/HVAC projects
• Will participate in the conceptual development of an engineering consytruction project and lead its organization, scheduling and implementation.
• Will be the point of contact with the client and will build and create positive relations with the client.
• Ensure a quality focus and quality outcome so that the company vision, mission and values are fulfilled
• Mentoring of staff working on the project and within our sector of the company

Qualifications/Skills
• Building Services Engineer/Mechanical Engineer qualification or senior trades background in pipework/HVAC systems
• 6+ years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
• Experience working on data centre projects
• Previous track record of working on and delivering mechanical packages on pharmaceutical projects or similar project types
• Experience with Process Piping, BMS Systems, HVAC, Clean & Dirty Utilities
