Mobilization Lead

Location: Perth

Drive the end‑to‑end mobilization function for major projects and lead a high‑performing team ensuring personnel are onboarded, compliant, and deployment‑ready. This is a key leadership role supporting large‑scale operations across Australia and international locations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team delivering all mobilization activities

• Oversee onboarding, visas, travel, medicals, and compliance workflows

• Manage approvals, reporting, coding, and cost control

• Partner with project, HR, travel, and commercial stakeholders

• Improve processes and ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery

What You Bring

• 7–10+ years in mobilization, onboarding, HR operations, or workforce logistics

• Proven team leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of visa pathways, compliance, and travel coordination

• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
