Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with compiling safety performance metrics for senior stakeholders
- Maintain and update health & safety information across internal systems with a high degree of accuracy
- Provide administrative support in the development and maintenance of safety procedures
- Identify inconsistencies in data and proactively raise concerns
- Contribute to audit readiness by ensuring documentation is current and compliant
- Support the collection, validation, and organization of safety-related data
- Ensure all data handling aligns with privacy and compliance standards
- Assist in preparing internal reports and dashboards for leadership review
- Record and track incident reports, ensuring proper documentation and data completeness
- Preform additional duties as needed
Requirements
- Knowledge of health & safety practices within industrial, construction, or similar environments
- Post-secondary education in Health & Safety or a related field
- Ability to follow structured procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Understanding of document control processes and data management best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with HSE systems (e.g. incident management, LMS, PTW systems) is preferred
- Effective communication skills with the ability to ask questions, clarify expectations, and share insights
- Proven ability to manage, validate, and maintain large volumes of data accurately
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
