Location: Perth
Drive the end‑to‑end mobilization function for major projects and lead a high‑performing team ensuring personnel are onboarded, compliant, and deployment‑ready. This is a key leadership role supporting large‑scale operations across Australia and international locations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team delivering all mobilization activities
- Oversee onboarding, visas, travel, medicals, and compliance workflows
- Manage approvals, reporting, coding, and cost control
- Partner with project, HR, travel, and commercial stakeholders
- Improve processes and ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery
- 7–10+ years in mobilization, onboarding, HR operations, or workforce logistics
- Proven team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of visa pathways, compliance, and travel coordination
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
