NDT Engineer

Here is an exciting opportunity with a global leading Oil and Gas client in Saudi Arabia as a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Engineer! Our client specializes in world-scale projects and offers top compensation rates as well as technical, professional, and industrial development. You would be joining the Inspection Technology Unit which is responsible for assessing and administering NDT technologies for asset integrity assessment.

Job Duties

• Assess NDT technologies for the projects and operating facilities and conduct NDT inspections and evaluations on technologies and put them forward for
procurement.
• Put forward NDT Technologies and adjust current NDT equipment to address recent inspection challenges.
• Conduct inspections that will call for travel to remote areas
• Develop strategies and potential advancements in Inspection and NDT technology that fit with the company's core values.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 7 year's experience with NDT technologies and inspection of assets
• Familiar with international codes and standards ex. API, ASME, etc.
• NDT certified level III in minimum two methods
• Knowledge of material and equipment damage mechanisms and AI and Machine learning for inspection and NDT tech
• Experience with analysis, planning and budgeting
• Must have published technical papers in relation to the UAV and Robotics field
