O&M Specialist

TRS are searching for an O&M Specialist at Senior Consultant level to join a rail consultancy based in Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to join an international organisation that is a global leader in the field of supervision, project management, consulting and testing.

Ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong background in railway operation & maintenance.
• Total experience of 10-15 years with 7-10 years spent in operator and/or maintainer organizations, preferably covering various roles throughout his/her the career, enabling the candidate to understand the technical processes as well the key business processes of an O&M entity or infrastructure owner.
• The experience should preferably encompass both technical and managerial roles as well as direct involvement with operational safety.
• Technical specialization on a railway subsystem would be very welcome.
• Ability to handle customer relationships at a technical level and at project management levels
• Fluent in Arabic would be an advantage
