Here is an exciting opportunity to join a large-scale project in beautiful Windsor, Ontario, as a Office Administrator! You would be at work within a growing EPCM/construction firm with projects worldwide and joining a team of talented professionals all working towards one goal. This opportunity boasts longevity and a great work-life balance!
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator/Office Manager and will be working in a customer-facing position that will provide friendly and positive customer service to customers and visitors in addition to being responsible for the day-to-day office administration.
Job duties:
- Receive packages and incoming mail and distribute timely. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment.
- Manage monthly fuel and milage reports for the project ensuring all reports are submitted, follow up for those not received. Provide milage report to finance and JV partners.
- Updates and distributes contact list for the project, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Shares list with all employees as updates are made.
- Maintain office facilities maintenance log in coordination with appropriate team members. Handles service requests to the janitorial company as well as other facilities maintenance needs.
- Provides general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required, degree in Business Administrator or similar field strongly preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
