Position Description:
•Coordination, analysis, and integration of schedules produced by others to support the project requirements. Development of owner’s schedules to set timing constraints on other schedules. Determine program and project schedule risk and explain that risk to management.
Position Deliverables:
•Support Basebuild and Lay Out Dependent (BBLOD) manager(s), Schedule Manager and Project Management Office (PMO).
•Analyze and integrate the BB/LOD schedules to meet the project teams’ needs. This will utilize several Intel systems: All In One (AIO), Key Date Matrixes (KDMs), and change control systems (SinCC, SYCCB).
•Review schedules, reports and indicators provided by others. Provide written analysis that will assist project management in making decisions.
•Run integration tools (TiGR/KDMs/AIO) and prepare reports that support Construction Integration Team (CIT) and Schedule Integration Team (SIT) meetings.
•Engage with the project team to develop and document milestone definitions that meet the program needs.
•Obtain scope need dates from engineering and communicate them to the appropriate groups.
•Work in and with teams. This may include multiple Design Builders (DBs) and will include multiple Intel groups organized into Project Implementation Teams (PITs).
•Understand and be able to use systems to create, update and maintain project schedules.
•Understand and be able to use Last Planner Schedule (LPS) tools and techniques, including pull plans, and Weekly Work Plans (WWP).
•Gain a thorough understanding and working knowledge of other systems that integrate with the schedule: All In One (AIO), Tool Install Integration Reports (TiGR), and change control systems (SinCC, SYCCB)
•Gain an understanding and working knowledge of theory of constraints and critical chain.
•Document all project business processes for creating, updating, and reporting and comply with those procedures. The processes must conform to Intel’s Construction Management practices (CMP).
•Support and participate in management forum report outs.
•Produce what if analysis.
