Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

• Align schedules with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.

• Track progress against baseline schedules and report deviations.

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves.

• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance forecasting.

• Collaborate with construction teams, commissioning engineers, and OE representatives.

• Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation plans.

• Develop commissioning schedules and readiness plans.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements:

• National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in; Project Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Civil).

• Primavera P6 Certification or equivalent scheduling software training.

• PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

• ECSA Registration (if applicable to engineering background).

• SACPCMP Registration (if applicable to construction/project management background).

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project planning within mining, heavy industrial, or infrastructure sectors.

• Proven experience in construction and commissioning of mineral processing or similar industrial plants.

• Strong understanding of project controls, EVM, and risk management.
