Planning Engineer

Project Planning and monitoring on Primavera P 6 & Microsoft Project.

Preparation of schedule, Time, status & co-ordinate with upper level management

Preparation the DPR, MPR & WPR.

Resource calculation, front calculation, Maximum utilization of resources.

Project Controls and monitoring using various techniques such as S-curve and 60 days look ahead schedules.

Preparing L1 to L3 schedule and breaking it to multiple levels as per project requirement.

Preparation of work schedule and manpower planning as per project schedule and availability of resources..

Break-Even analysis & Curves.

Preparing Annual Fund Forecast and Annual production and revenue curves for higher level management.

Preparing EPS, OBS, WBS, Work Schedule and billing schedule and catch up plans.

Coordination with PSCM team and vendor for Delivery schedules as per Project schedule.

Critical job analysis.

Coordination with engineering team as per project requirement.

Budget allocation.

Giving Activity plans to contractors as per resource availability and delivery schedules.

Monitoring Construction Progress.

Monitoring Site in accordance with Budget and updating Budgets.

Preparing Work and construction progress presentation for higher level management.

Interdepartmental Coordination for smooth flow of work.

Monitoring a project and Preparing Scheduled vs Actual work progress Curves(S-curves).

Backlog Analysis and Catch-up Plan.

Vendor visiting for expediting and progress review and submitting the reports on progress review to management.

MOC & maintenance Job planning and scheduling and developing execution plans and methods.

Shutdown planning and project execution plans preparation and review.

Continuous monitoring of activities of shutdown and updating the schedules and adding and prioritizing the activities as per commissioning requirement (Work around or route change plans for early commissioning .

Developing schedules and coordinating the small marginal field development projects.

Coordination with maintenance, Operations and production team for MOC and Shutdown executions.

Technical Bid Evaluation for Vendor Selection.

Reviewing the Schedules and comment on the grey areas.

Reconciliation of bills.

Preparing, Evaluating and Checking of material reconciliation statement

Erection of spools as per isometric.

Preparing Job Distribution Chart for contractors.

All the final documentation after completion of project.

Material management and reconciliation.

Preparing RA bills.

Maintaining all the records and data bases of Project.

Representing the organization as planning engineer

Co-ordination with client , contractor and Vendors.

Study of ISO & P&ID drawings.

Material inspection, Preparing IMIR & Material Clearance from client

Handling contractors and manpower.

Preparing bill of materials from drawings.
