Tasks/Activities/Responsibilities:
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with PMC Leader and with Project Manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective action
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from contractors
• Review of EPC contractors and vendor documents meeting the project requirements
• Control and ensuring that all required standards and specifications are developed and applied
• Overview and preparation of recommendations of local and international standards applicable to the Project
• Review of design concepts and, if necessary, presenting its comments to the design concept, timely submission of comments in case of any deviations from the requirements
• Monitoring and ensuring that design solutions meet the requirements for safety, operability, maintenance, accessibility and constructability
• Review and verify of key engineering documents, such as a plot plan, piping and instrumentation diagrams, cause-effect matrixes, electrical single- line diagrams, control panel drawings, building layout drawings, specifications and requirements for equipment.
• Control and ensure that manuals and operating instructions, mechanical dossiers are suitable for subsequent start-up, operation and maintenance of units
• Participating on behalf of the Company in P&ID, HAZOP, SIL, Plot Plan review sessions, quantitative risk assessment and 3D model review meetings, maintainability and operability reviews organized by the EPC Contractor, and ensuring that these technical results will be prepared in accordance with the Project requirements and good engineering practices
• Review of Overall plot plan and unit plot plans, and Design Philosophy Documents
• Responsible to answer technical questions, concession requests, proposing budgets for projects, and for priding training for new employees.
• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment. Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.
• Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Issuance of formal letters to client, sub-contractor, vendor, etc. as required.
• Directs and controls the work at site by contractors working directly for BV;
• Follow up / monitoring of project schedule and cost; quality assurance.
• Direct the engineering of entire Gas Processing Plant and associated distribution projects.
Education
• Higher Technical Education (University Degree in Engineering) in the field of activity or equivalent.
Qualification/Certification:
• PMI Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP)
Mandatory Experience:
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the discipline concerned
• Work experience (at least 1 project) in a similar position from Customer side or PMC consultant in EPCC projects in an oil and gas industry (GPP, GCC, refinery, LNG, GTL, full scale field development, international pipeline systems or other project of similar scope and complexity)

• Advanced knowledge of project management processes. Expert knowledge of Engineering, design, and vendor management.
• Competency in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• English: Advanced communication skills in reading writing, and speaking is mandatory
• Russian: An intermediate skill level in using Russian language is preferable
