Responsibilities

Preparation of Design Basis-Process.
Preparation of Process Flow Diagram, P& IDs.
Calculations- line sizing, pump hydraulic calculation.
Relief load calculations as per API 521and PSV sizing.
Vessel Sizing (Two phase separators, scrubbers and storage vessels).
Preparation of Process Data sheets for Equipment’s & Package items.
Participated in HAZOP study and worked on HAZOP recommendations.
Firefighting system design & Distribution based on OISD guidelines
Preparation of Utilities Distribution & Flow Diagram.
Preparation of Line List, Valve List.
Thermal Rating of shell and tube Heat Exchangers using HTRI software.
Well versed with International codes & standards.
Technical bid analysis of vendor offers, drawing checking-approval & Performing manual calculations wherever necessary.
Coordinate with other disciplines related to engineering deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

BE/B.Tech degree in Chemical from an institute of repute.
Separator Design As Per API, SHELL & GPSA Standard
Filter separator / Scrubber design
2 Phase Separators (Horizontal &Vertical) & 3 Phase Separator (Horizontal &Vertical)
KOD, Flare Knock out drums as Per API 521 & OISD STD.
