TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for a Procurement Technician role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry. 

Responsibilities:
 

• Tracking deliverables and expediting submissions from internal teams and external vendors.
• Preparing official communications and following up on quotes, bids, and proposals.
• Processing invoice approvals and ensure timely data entry.
• Coordinating internal approval workflows for purchase orders and change orders.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence across multiple channels.
• Ensure compliance with document retention and archiving policies.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems for vendor information, purchase orders, change orders, and related documents.
• Manage and distribute sensitive procurement-related documentation, including letters, notices, and meeting records.
• Preform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with procurement systems.
• Strong understanding of purchase order workflows, invoice processing, and vendor management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Knowledge of contract terms and compliance requirements.
