“TRS is urgently requirement for a Project Controls Engineer to support project costing, estimating of several projects with Oil and Gas Industry experience. This role is based in EUROPE. "

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Provide overall project cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement, and change management leadership and expertise.
• Manage Project Cost and Schedule throughout the project life cycle.
• Fully understand the scope of the project, contractual requirements, identify the major milestones and set clear priorities for the project team.
• Has the capability to execute the technical tasks as well as lead contractors in doing them.
• Technical ability, should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.


QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited Bachelor’ Degree in Engineering / Project Management / Planning & Project Controls.
• Minimum Seven (7) years working experience as a Project Controls Engineer within Oil and Gas Industry.
• Must have Primavera P6 software package
• Focus on cost control / estimating and some planning activities.
