Project Delivery Director
TRS Staffing Solutions is currently on the lookout for a talented leader to join an engineering firm that excels in providing top-tier EPCM services.
Offering a diverse array of services, this company has a stellar reputation for delivering intricate projects punctually and within budget and has become a trusted ally for many leading businesses in the industry.
Location: Ontario
Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of various projects in the oil and gas and refinery industries.
- Guarantee timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project completions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and their teams.
- Establish and refine project management methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to fulfill project specifications and expectations.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of project management experience within the EPC sector.
- Demonstrated history of delivering projects successfully.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities.
