Job Summary:
The Project Engineer – Accommodation is responsible for the planning, coordination, and oversight of accommodation infrastructure across both permanent and temporary village facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) processes and the ability to manage complex scopes of work from concept through execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that accommodation solutions meet project requirements for quality, cost, and schedule.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in infrastructure or accommodation projects, preferably within the resources or construction sector.

Demonstrated experience with both procured permanent villages and leased construction villages.

Familiarity with ECI methodology and its application in large-scale projects.
Skills and Competencies:

Strong technical writing skills for producing Scope of Work documents.

Proven ability to supervise and coordinate design works executed by external consultants.

Experience in tender evaluation and preparation of award recommendations.

Skilled in scope definition, change control, and risk mitigation.

Effective subcontractor management and financial oversight.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
