Project Information Specialist

We’re hiring a Project Information Specialist to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll provide project support for Business Process Software Delivery within IT Project Services. You’ll collaborate with the Project Information Manager (PIM) and Business Analyst/Systems Architect to integrate business process management and automation technology.

Salary Range: $25-30/hour

Responsibilities:

•    Configure and support automation tools and business process management technology.
•     Collaborate with the Project Automation Manager to optimize system performance.
•     Gather requirements from stakeholders for new projects or applications.
•     Design, develop, test, release, and support new products or services.
•     Create user-friendly designs for applications and websites.
•     Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity.
•     Manage testing and validation of technology solutions.
•     Protect intellectual property and maintain confidentiality.
•     Organize and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
•     Demonstrate proficiency in relevant software and train others as needed.

Qualifications

•     Possess an accredited degree or equivalent experience in IT or communications.
•     Demonstrate job-related technical knowledge.
•     Be skilled at effective communication with various audiences.
•     Familiarity with IT environments (desktop/laptop/mobile setups).
•     Proficiency in backend development using C# and .NET Framework.
•     Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, C#).
•     Understanding of business process management concepts.
•     Knowledge of SQL Server and PowerBI Reporting.
•    Experience in software development, implementation, and support.
•     Awareness of automation technologies and systems integration.
