Project Manager

TRS has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. This role involves leading and overseeing multiple projects, ensuring successful completion and client satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily project progress and record job costs.
• Secure contracts with clients and subcontractors.
• Attend pre-construction meetings with clients and ensure necessary staff and subcontractors are present.
• Conduct internal project meetings to finalize schedules and make necessary adjustments.
• Direct and manage project activities to meet objectives for quality, safety, production, and profitability.
• Obtain critical project documents such as permits, submittals, and insurance requirements.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to ensure profitability and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate staffing for key field positions through department heads or subordinate managers.
• Support and promote the company's commitment to safety and core values.
• Oversee project management systems, tools, and personnel from initiation to final payment.

Qualifications:
 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction or industrial sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Management position.
• Rail experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
