Project Manager

Our client is a major player in the construction industry and are seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Edmonton, AB. In this role you will be responsible for organizing, planning, and controlling projects from start to completion according to schedule, requirements and budget.

Key Job Duties:
• Manage all phases of projects including commercial renovations and expansions
• Create construction schedules, monitor development, and keep up with changing requirements
• Prepare contracts, and negotiate changes and additions to contractual agreements with clients and suppliers
• Applying company quality control methods to ensure quality control throughout the project
• Manage project close-out, including client walk-through and after sales service

Key Qualifications:
• Post-secondary degree in construction or engineering or equivalent combination of experience and skills
• 3 – 5 years’ experience as a coordinator, or estimator
• P. Eng., CET, PMP or Gold Seal certification is preferred
• Experience with successful projects
